Initially we make a visit to the project / meetings with the client, undertakes a preliminary study of the project and evaluates the challenges, objectives and needs of the client. Based on this preliminary study, the Delta Power Engineering Consultant Group hires the members of the consulting team is according to the needs and scope of each project. A work plan and timetable for implementing the contract’s objectives are developed.
